摘要
焊接是金属材料间相互连接的最常见方式。焊接效果的好坏直接影响金属构件的性能和使用寿命,甚至关系到企业的经济损失和操作人员的生命安全。金属结构件的焊接部位长期工作在恶劣复杂的环境中,其失效问题越来越引起人们的高度重视。因此,系统地分析焊接结构失效的原因并提出防治措施在实际生产应用中具有重要的意义。本文系统地分析焊接结构的失效形式及失效原因,结合材料的使用环境针对性地提出预防失效的若干措施,以期提高金属构件的综合性能,延长使用寿命。
Welding is the most common way of interconnecting metal material, welding effect directly affects the performance and service life of metal components, and even related to economic losses and safety. Metal structure of the welding part of long-term work in harsh environment, the failure problems caused by more and more people's attention, so system analysis of welding structure failure reasons and puts forward prevention measures in practical production and application has important significance. This paper from the system analysis of the welding structure of the failure forms and failure causes, and combining the material environment of the paper puts forward some measures for preventing the failure, in order to improve the comprehensive performance of metal component, to extend the service life.
