摘要
目的探讨SP110基因rs11679983位点单核苷酸多态性与中国南方汉族人群肺结核的关联性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法纳入2013年1月-2014年12月医院118例肺结核患者为病例组,同期选取118名健康志愿者为对照组,运用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱技术检测基因型,数据采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果 SP110基因rs11679983 AA、AG、GG基因型在病例组和对照组的分布频率分别为0、90.7%、9.3%和0.8%、40.7%、58.5%;A、G等位基因在病例组和对照组的分布频率分别为45.3%、54.7%和21.2%、78.8%;肺结核患者中AG基因型和A等位基因频率高于健康对照人群。结论 SP110基因rs11679983位点单核苷酸多态性与中国南方汉族人群肺结核相关,AG基因型和A等位基因可能增加肺结核的易感性。
OBJECTIVE To explore the possible association between single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)rs11679983of SP110 gene and susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis in the south Chinese Han population.METHODS A total of 118 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 118ethnicity-matched healthy volunteers were enrolled in this case-control study.Genotyping was performed using Matrix-assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)technology.Statistical software of SPSS 22.0was used to analyze data.RESULTS The distribution frequencies of AA,AG,GGgenotypes were respectively 0.0%,90.7%,9.3%in the case group,and respectively 0.8%,40.7%,58.5%in the control group.The distribution frequencies of Aand Galleles were respectively 45.3%and 54.7%in the case group,and respectively 21.2%and 78.8%in the control group.The AGgenotype and Aallele were more common in the case group than that in the control group.CONCLUSIONThe findings of the association of SNP rs11679983 with pulmonary tuberculosis in the south Chinese Han population suggest that the AGgenotype and Aallele of rs11679983 in SP110may correlate with an increased susceptibility to pulmonary tuberculosis.
