某含银锌铜矿选矿试验研究

摘要 某含银锌铜矿有价元素种类较多,嵌布粒度较细,属复杂难选多金属矿石。针对该含银锌铜矿进行了选矿工艺流程的研究,采用优先浮选的工艺流程,其中锌回路采用一粗—三精—二扫流程,铜回路采用一粗—四精—二扫流程,可获得品位为51.06%、回收率为85.52%的锌精矿和银品位为2 185g/t、银回收率为72.80%的银铜混合精矿,其中含铜17.73%,铜回收率为78.33%,最终实现了锌银铜的综合回收。该研究对类似矿石的选矿具有一定的参考意义。 An ore containing silver-zinc-copper involved various valuable elements and fi ne dissemination size. It was refractory to separate. In the paper, reasonable benefi ciation process of the ore was studied, and the benefi ciation process involved prior fl otation was applied. In the process, the zinc fl otation circuit consisted of one roughing, three cleanings and two scavengings, and the copper fl otation circuit consisted of one roughing, four cleaning and two scavengings. Thus, the zinc concentrate was obtained with grade of 51.06% and recovery of 85.52% as well as the silver-copper mixed concentrate with silver grade of 2 185 g/t, silver recovery of 72.80% and copper content of 17.73%, copper recovery of 78.33%, fi nally the comprehensive recovery of zinc, silver and copper was realized. The study possessed some reference for benefi ciation of similar ores.
