摘要
目的探讨综合疗法治疗艾滋病患者急性带状疱疹的临床应用价值。方法将我院2014年7月~2015年7月收治的42例艾滋病急性带状疱疹患者进行观察研究,将患者分为研究组和对照组,各21例,分别采用综合疗法和常规疗法,并对比两组的临床疗效。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,与对照组的66.67%相比效果更佳,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05;研究组的结痂时间为（10.36±1.28）d,少于对照组的（15.47±1.33）d,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合疗法治疗艾滋病患者急性带状疱疹具有较高临床应用价值,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛负担,缩短皮疹的结痂时间。
Objective Discussion on combination therapy to treat AIDS patients with clinical value of acute herpes zoster. Methods Selected our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were treated 42 cases of AIDS in patients with acute herpes zoster observational studies, were divided into study group and the control group, each group had 21 patients, using combination therapy and conventional therapy and compared the two groups of clinical efficacy. Results Treatment study group total effective rate95.24%,compared with the control group66.67%better,and the difference P0.05, Scab study groups（10.36±1.28）d,（15.47±1.33）d significantly less than the control group, P0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of AIDS patients with acute herpes zoster has high clinical value,not only can effectively alleviate the burden on the patient＇s pain,but also shorten the time the rash scab,worthy of promotion.
