煤粉工业锅炉热力系统的(火用)分析

摘要 为深入分析煤粉工业锅炉能效利用水平,采用火用分析方法对某40 t/h煤粉工业锅炉进行研究。研究结果表明:该煤粉工业锅炉热效率91.6%,效率接近电站锅炉,但其火用效率仅32.19%;煤粉工业锅炉出口蒸汽参数和锅炉给水温度对火用效率具有重要影响,火用效率均随着出口参数和给水温度的提高而增大;火用效率随热效率的增大而增大,而煤粉工业锅炉热效率高于现有主流燃煤工业锅炉,因此在工矿企业推广使用煤粉工业锅炉对于节能降耗具有重要的意义。 The exergy analysis was used to analyze the utilization level of energy efficiency for the better performance of 40t/h industrial pulverized coal boiler.The results showed that the thermal efficiency of the industrial pulverized coal boiler was 91.6%,which was closed to the power plant boiler,but the exergy efficiency was only 32.19%;steam parameters of boiler export and feed-water temperature had important effects on the exergy efficiency and the exergy efficiency would increase with the increase of them;the exergy efficiency increased along with the growth of thermal efficiency,and the thermal efficiency of industrial pulverized coal boiler was higher than the current main coal-fired industrial boilers,therefore,promoting the use of industrial pulverized coal boiler in industrial and mining enterprises had important meaning for saving energy and reducing consumption.
