摘要
为了探讨阳极极化对阴极保护数值模拟计算的影响,对不同类型阳极的阴极保护达到稳态时的平均电位和电流密度进行了数值模拟,通过对比分析,考察阳极极化电阻对阴极保护效果的影响,评价了不同类型阳极阴极保护效果的优劣。结果表明:圆柱型阳极保护效果最差,方条型阳极保护效果居中,长直翼型阳极保护效果最优,可为海洋工程中合理选用牺牲阳极提供参考。
In order to investigate the effect of the anodic polarization on the cathodic protection numerical simulation,the steady-state average voltage and current density for the cathodic protection of different types of anodes were studied by numerical simulation.Through comparative analysis,the influences of anode polarization resistance on the cathodic protection effect were investigated,and the effect of cathodic protection of different types of anodes was evaluated.Results showed that the protection effect of the cylindrical anode was the worst,the square anode was in the middle and the long straight wing anode was the best.This paper provided a reference for the reasonable selection of sacrificial anode in ocean engineering.
