摘要
根据试验测得的胎体PDC钻头钢芯和胎体材料的线膨胀系数,通过对钻头烧结过程进行分析,并从理论上对钢芯在烧结冷却过程中的形变规律进行了研究,对胎体PDC钻头的钢芯选材和避免胎体开裂问题具有重要指导意义。
According to the test matrix PDC bit steel core and matrix material of line expansion coefficient,through analysis on bit sintering process,and studies on the steel core in sintering cooling process in the deformation law in theory,and of matrix PDC bit of steel core material and obstacle free matrix cracking problem has important guiding significance.
