摘要
近年来,在我国经济飞速发展的同时,企业社会责任问题频发,引发了越来越多的公众关注,企业社会责任逐渐成为衡量企业综合实力的核心指标之一。本文以全国私营企业调研数据为样本,基于行为金融学中关于管理者过度自信的假设,就管理者过度自信对于企业社会责任履行状况的影响进行了实证研究,并进一步考察家族涉入对这种影响的作用。实证结果表明,管理者过度自信与企业社会责任履行情况呈正相关关系,而进一步的研究结果表明,家族涉入会加强管理者过度自信对企业社会责任的影响。
With the rapid growth of economy in recent years, the frequent occurrence of corporate social responsibility problems has caught more and more public attention, which has made corporate social responsibility one of the core indicators of enterprise comprehensive strength. Employing the data of ninth private enterprises survey in China, and based on the hypothesis of manager overconfidence in the behavioral finance, taking private enterprises in the above survey as samples, this paper investigates the influence of manager overconfidence on corporate social responsibility fulfillment by means of empirical research, and then further tests the role of family involvement in this influence mechanism.The empirical result shows that manager overconfidence is positively related to corporate social responsibility fulfillment. Moreover, family involvement can enhance such influence.
