摘要
考虑到沥青混合料、碎石基层等材料横观各向同性特征对沥青路面结构力学行为的影响。基于现行大多数路面设计理论的综合分析,运用有限单元分析方法在弹性假设条件下引入材料水平模量与竖向模量的比值,建立三维有限元模型。提出更加符合现今公路路面受力情况的非均布荷载作用形式、材料参数、边界条件,对比分析非均布荷载作用下各向同性与不同横观各向同性条件下的各结构层应力、应变及路表弯沉的差异。结果表明,将路面结构材料考虑为各向同性,明显低估了路面结构永久变形和疲劳开裂的危害,在路面结构设计中应适当考虑材料的横观各向同性特征。
Considering the effect of transverse isotropic characteristics of asphalt mixture and macadam on the structural mechanical behavior of asphalt pavement,based on the comprehensive analysis with most current pavement design theories,by introducing the ratio of material horizontal modulus to vertical modulus,a 3D finite element model is established using finite element numerical analysis under elastic assumption. The irregularly distributed load,material parameters,and boundary conditions which are more in line with the loads on current highway pavement are put forward. The differences of stress,strain in each structure layer and deflection of pavement surface under isotropy condition with non uniform load or under different transverse isotropic conditions are comparatively analysed. The result shows that pavement structural material based on isotropy obviously underestimates the permanent deformation and fatigue failure of pavement structure,the design of pavement structure should be appropriate to take the transversely isotropic characteristics of material into consideration.
