摘要
以某钢厂综合废水的处理回用工程为例,介绍了"隔油+高密度沉淀池+V型滤池+超滤+反渗透"回用处理工艺特点、设计参数、处理效果及运行成本等,经过处理出水水质可以达到钢厂的用水水质标准。工程运行实践表明,该系统运行稳定、出水水质好,每年可节约资金1 926万元,具有良好的经济效益与环境效益。
Taking the reusing treatment ofwastewater from a steel mill as example, the technological characteristics of the reusing treatment, design parameters, treatment effects and running costs of combined process of"oil separation+ high-density sedimentation tanks +V type filter+ ultrafiltration+ reverse osmosis" were introduced. The effluent quality level can meet the steel mill's water use index. The project operation practice shows that the system runs steadily and has high treatment efficiency, it can save 1 926 million yuan every year, with great economic and environmental benefits.
