桥梁加固工程中自密实砼配合比试验研究

摘要 自密实砼为近代新发展使用的一种高性能砼,具有良好的流动性,砼浇注无需振捣或仅进行轻微振捣就能够自行填充模内空间,形成致密均匀的结构。对于空间狭小、钢筋密布、形态异常及难以进行振捣的砼结构而言,自密实砼具有无可比拟的适应性。本文结合络维大桥修复加固的实际应用详细阐述了自密实砼配合比的试验研究。按照试验确定配合比的自密实砼既能确保的砼浇注的质量,且易于施工,保证了新老砼连接紧密,取得良好的经济及社会效益。 The high dense fluid concrete, a kind of high performance concrete which has been developed and used in the modern time,has a good fluidity. The concrete pouring can fill itself in mold to form a uniform and compact structure with no vibration or only a slight vibration. To the concrete structure with narrow space, reinforced clouds, morphological abnormalities and difficult vibration, the high dense fluid concrete has the adaptability. Combinning with the practical application of Luowei bridge repair and reinforcement, this paper will elaborate the experimental research on the mix proportion of the high dense fluid concrete. According to the test to determine the mix proportion of the high dense fluid concrete, it can not only ensure the concrete quality for easy construction, but also ensure the connection of new and old concrete close, which has achieved good economic and social benefits.
