摘要
介绍了3D打印的某型柴油机气缸盖铸件砂芯的设计。采用3D打印的砂芯,替代传统的组芯方式,将关键砂芯做成1个整芯。有效避免了铸件因多个砂芯配合的累积误差导致的尺寸不合格,同时降低浇注过程中砂芯晃动导致呛火的概率。
The 3D printing casting core of cylinder head was introduced. The traditional combination core was replaced of 3D printing casting core, the key sand cores was assembled one entire sand core. The sand cores combination accumulating error result in dimension error can effectively be avoided, and boiling resulted from sand core shaking was reduced during pouring process.
