摘要
目的观察品管圈模式在体检中心对提升护理服务水平的效果。方法在体检中心实施品管圈模式的方法包括筛选成员组织品管圈、确定活动主题、拟定活动计划、现状调查、分析问题、对策拟定与实施。比较活动实施前后的体检者对护理服务的满意度以及不良事件与护理投诉的发生率。结果实施品管圈模式后体检者对护理服务各方面满意度均明显高于活动前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与活动前同期相比,活动后护理不良事件及护理投诉发生率均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈模式是传统安全管理模式的有力补充,在提升护理服务质量中具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of QCC in physical examination center to enhance the level of nursing service. Methods Quality control circle was applicated. The method includes screening member of organization, determine the subject, to formulate the plan of the activities, investigation, analysis issues, strategy formulation and implementation. Comparison was made of physical satisfaction with nursing service and the incidence of adverse events and complaints before and after the implementation of QCC. Results All aspects of of nursing service satisfaction were significantly higher than before the impleraentation of quality control circle(P〈0.05). Nursing adverse events and nursing complaint incidence were obviously decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle is a powerful complement to the traditional safety management mode,has important significance in improving nursing service quality.
