糖尿病性心肌病的研究进展 被引量:16

摘要 糖尿病性心肌病是糖尿病的重要并发症。伴有血糖升高的心血管疾病在逐年增加,由于其具有高致残率和死亡率,所以该领域也成为了研究重点。以往的研究主要集中在糖尿病对心血管的损伤,而对于高糖高脂毒性对心肌细胞的损伤近年倍受关注。本文就糖尿病引起心肌病的进展做一综述。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the important complications of diabetes.The prevalence of cardiovascular disease accompanied with hyperglycemia is increasing year by year.Diabetic cardiomyopathy has become a hot reasearch spot due to its high morbidity and mortality.Previous studies have focused on the lesion of cardiovascular.In recent years,much attention was given to the damage of myocardial cell due to hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia toxicity.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
