摘要 平潭岛所在区域是我国东南沿海具有代表性意义的海岛强风区,常年受大风气候影响严重。采用CFD方法对平潭岛不考虑建筑和植被的地形条件下的风环境进行模拟分析,选取全年最具代表性意义的风向风速参数进行模拟计算,分别得出全岛风环境分布图,分析模拟结果得出结论:(1)夏季有利风和冬季不利风作用下岛上风环境截然不同,城市规划须考虑;(2)最强风出现在主要山脉的山脊,风速等级极其危险;(3)部分乡镇风速常年过大,应加以治理;(4)三大风口是防风的重点,同时是风力资源集中分布的地区。 Pingtan island area is of representative significance among the islands in strong wind area on the southeastern coast of China. Perennial gale of weather affected it seriously. I simulate and analysis the wind environment by CFD method consider not construction and vegetation but terrain of Pingtan island. Selecting the most representative parameters of wind direction and wind speed for the whole year,I have obtained wind environment map of the whole island,the calculated conclusion have been from simulation results:(1)The wind environment under the influence of the favorable wind in summer and the adverse wind in winter of the island is completely different,urban planning must consider it;(2)The strongest wind appears on the main mountain ridge,the wind speed level is extremely dangerous;(3)Perennial wind speed of parts of township is too big,should be managed;(4)Three main tuyeres are concentration distribution of wind resources as well as the key of protecting against from wind.
