摘要
为了清楚地阐述半焦的燃烧过程,采用非等温热重法研究了氧气体积分数对半焦燃烧动力学的影响。得出挥发分析出燃烧、碳燃烧失重规律及其描述函数,挥发分析出燃烧和碳燃烧所需的表观活化能和表观指前因子。结果表明:挥发分析出燃烧所需的表观活化能和表观指前因子的最小值处于φ(O_2)=28%的条件下,最大值处于φ(O_2)=30%的条件下;碳燃烧所需表观活化能和表观指前因子的最小值处于φ(O_2)=24%,最大值处于φ(O_2)=30%条件下。
To describe semi-coke combustion clearly,influences of oxygen volume fractions on semi-cokes were studied by non-isothermal thermogravimetry. Mass loss laws and descriptive functions of devolatilization and volatile combustion and carbon combustion in different cases were obtained. The apparent activation energies and the apparent frequency factors of the semi-coke combustion were figured out by Kissinger method. The results showed that for the devolatilization and volatile combustion,the smallest apparent activation energy and the smallest apparent frequency factor were at φ( O_2) = 28 %,and the biggest were at φ( O_2) = 30 %. For the carbon combustion,the smallest apparent activation energy and the smallest apparent frequency factor were at φ( O_2) = 24 %,and the biggest were at φ( O_2) = 30 %.
