摘要
目的深入了解精准医疗的研究现状,客观反映相关国家在该领域的科研能力和影响力。方法以科学引文索引(science citation index,SCI)数据库Web of Science为检索对象,以"precision medicine"为主题词检索所有文献(1986-2015年);采用文献计量的方法,分析精准医疗研究相关文献的总量和类型;年发文量及在国家/地区、机构、来源出版物3方面排名前10位的情况;年引文数及引用排名前10位的文献。结果 Web of Science数据库中检索得到3069条结果,以期刊文献最多,占81.818%;发文量与引文数总量在1996-2015年间呈递增趋势,美国发文总量排名第一,占36.070%,前10名的机构中美国占有5个,中国的发文量位居第二,并有4个机构位于前10;Medical Physics,Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis收录精准医疗的文章最多。结论精准医疗是当前的研究热点,美国在精准医疗研究方面占据着领先优势,中国紧随其后,但仍与国际前沿研究存在一定差距。
Objective To better understand the current research of precision medicine and to reflect related nations＇ scientific advances and influence in this field. Methods The literatures were retrieved from Web of Science Citation Database （1986 -- 2015）, with the term ＂precision medicine＂. The results were analyzed with bibliometric method involving the numbers and types of literatures, total citations, countries or areas, institutions, journal distribution, etc. Results Totally 3069 literatures were recorded in Web of Science, with major type being journal article （81.818%）. The total number of publications and citations increased quickly during 1996 to 2015. USA had the largest number of publications, accounting for 36.070% of all related publications. Five of the top 10 institutions were from the USA, which had the highest number of publications with the best quality. China ranked second in the top 10 institutions and number of publications （4 out of the top 10 institutions were from China）. Medical Physics, Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis were the most important and popular journal in this field. Conclusion Precision medicine attracts more and more attention, and USA plays a leading role in this field, followed by China, but the research in China still lags behind its international peers.
