摘要
选用在纺丝生产中产生的聚苯硫醚(PPS)废料与未经使用的聚苯硫醚树脂进行流变性能、热性能与加工性能的对比分析,探究聚苯硫醚废料二次利用的可能性。将聚苯硫醚废料进行熔融纺丝,对熔纺纤维进行力学性能与耐腐蚀性能进行测试。实验结果表明:聚苯硫醚废料具有良好的热性能,干燥后未使用的聚苯硫醚废料具有良好的纺丝加工性能,熔纺过程中产生的聚苯硫醚废料熔纺纤维不具备单独使用价值。
Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) waste generated in the spinning production was determined and compared to PPS new material in the processing performance of rheological behavior, thermal properties and mechanical properties so that the possibility of PPS waste secondary use could be explored. Conduct melt spinning on PPS waste and test the mechanical properties and decay resistance of the melt spinning fibers. PPS melt spinning fiber were determined in the terms of mechanical properties and resistance corrosion. The experimental results showed that the PPS waste still had good thermal properties. The drying of unused PPS waste had good performance of spinning processing. However, PPS waste fibers generated during melt spinning had no value when used alone.
