工业通风技术在缺少类比数据的职业病危害预评价中的可行性

摘要 目的在缺少类比数据而不能采用类比法对建设项目中气态职业病危害因素的危害程度等要素进行完整有效预评价时,确定采用工业通风技术分析方法进行评价的可行性。方法依据已经取得的工程技术资料,采用工业通风技术原理对通风工程防护设施进行分析计算。通过计算确定通风防护技术理论上是否可以对工作环境进行有效防护。结果通风设施设计通过工程计算得出风速、风量、阻力、所需风机性能等参数。文中项目单元通过计算得出防护所需风量约为3 600m^3/h,局部阻力合计约为26 Pa,沿程阻力合计约为14 Pa,项目所选吸附罐风机性能可以满足防护要求,进而该工程防护能够控制有害因素逸散,可得出职业病危害工程防护的效果有效,职业病危害发生的风险低,能够达到保护劳动者健康的目的。结论在缺少类比数据的建设项目中可以利用工业通风技术分析作为对现有职业病危害预评价方法的补充,解决现有类比法不足的问题。 [Objective]To analyze the feasibility of industrial ventilation technology analysis method in evaluation when the complete and effective pre-evaluation based on analog on harm degree of gaseous occupational hazards in construction project cannot be taken due to there are in lack of analog data. [Methods]According to the obtained engineering data, ventilation engineering protection facilities were analyzed and calculated by the principles of industrial ventilation technology, to determine whether ventilation protection technology can effectively protect the work environment theoretically. [Results]The parameters of wind speed, air volume, resistance and required fan performance of ventilation design were obtained through engineering calculation. The calculation results showed that the air volume for protection was 5 600 m3/h, the total local resistance was 26 Pa, the total frictional drag 14 Pa, and the performance of adsorption tank fan in the project could meet the protection requirements. Therefore, the engineering protection in the project could control the emissions of harmful factors, and the occupational protection measures were effective with low risk of occupational hazards, and it could achieve the goal of protecting laborers" health. [Conclusion]The industrial ventilation technology analysis can be sued as the supplement method of existing occupational hazard pre-assessment when there are in lack of analog data, which can solve the shortcoming of the analogy method.
