摘要
以兰黑粒小麦92-1和小偃15幼苗为材料,采用室内水培试验研究了不同浓度镉(Cd)处理对保护酶活性、质膜氧化程度和渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明:2种品种的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)在胁迫3 d后随着Cd浓度先增加后下降,胁迫6 d后呈下降趋势;除兰黑粒92-1超氧化物酶(POD)和可溶性蛋白在胁迫3 d后随Cd浓度先增加后下降外,其余各处理呈下降趋势;2种品种的丙二醛(MDA)含量、相对电导率、脯氨酸和可溶性糖在胁迫3 d和6 d后均随着Cd浓度的增加而增加,且部分增加呈显著性。兰黑粒92-1具有相对较高地保护酶活性和渗透调节物质、较轻地质膜氧化程度,表现出对镉胁迫相对较强的耐受能力。
Two kinds of wheat, i.e., Lanhei 92-1 and Xiaoyan15, were employed to study the changes of physiological properties under different cadmium concentration treatment, such as protective enzyme activities, cellular membrane and osmotic adjustment values. The results showed that: the peroxide dismutase(SOD) activity and catalase(CAT) activity first increased and then decreased as the cadmium increased in seedlings of two cultivars after exposed to cadmium for 3 days, the SOD and CAT activates decreased after 6 days; peroxidase(POD) activity and soluble sugar content showed decreased except the Lanhei 92-1 after exposed to cadmium for 3 days(both of them first increased and then decreased);malondialdehyde(MDA)content, relative conductivity, proline content and soluble sugar content increased as the cadmium increased in two wheat seedlings after both 3 days and 6 days treatment, what's more,some of them increased significantly. Compared with Xiaoyan15, Lanhei 92-1, which had a relatively higher antioxidation enzymes and higher osmotic adjustment, and lower negative effects on the cellular membranes, showed relatively higher tolerance to cadmium stress.
