摘要
通过对山寨煤矿25011综放工作面"三角煤柱区域"强矿压发生的机理和规律的研究、分析,制定出了强矿压综合防治措施。采用阶梯式回采法,缩小"三角煤柱区域"面积,实现了"三角煤柱区域"的分割,降低了强矿压的危险性;利用施工的25011回风辅巷兼做卸压巷,使"三角煤柱区域"内积聚的弹性能得到释放;对阶梯式回采形成的小三角煤柱区域,采用环绕式覆盖卸压法,实现小三角煤柱区域整体卸压,消除"三角煤柱"区域形成的高应力区;优化"三角煤柱区域"的卸压参数和巷道的补强支护参数,降低了高能级矿震事件的发生频次,减弱了强矿压的危害性。
Through the shanzhai coal mine 25011 face " triangle regional coal pillar" strong pressure mechanism and regularity of research,analysis,to develop a strong measures for the prevention and control of rock pressure. Using stepwise stoping method,narrow area " triangle regional coal pillar",implements the " triangle regional coal pillar" segmentation,reduces the risk of strong pressure;Using the construction of 25011 return air auxiliary unloading lane,lane and do make " triangle regional coal pillar" accumulated elastic energy release; To cascade extraction of small coal pillar triangle area,surround type cover unloading method,realize the small triangle area overall unloading coal pillar,eliminate the " triangle" coal pillar area formed by the high stress area; " Triangle regional coal pillar" pressure relief parameters optimized and roadway reinforcing supporting parameters,reduce the high level mine earthquake occurrence frequency of events,the harmfulness of weakening the strong pressure.
