摘要
为改善薄壁轴承平面研磨时端面的翘曲,对影响研磨精度的磨削压力、砂轮盘平面度、零件载盘结构、磨削液、工艺参数等进行分析,给出了控制措施和方法。以某型薄壁轴承为试验对象,采用高精度ELC1200进行研磨,检测数据表明,零件可以满足精度要求。
In order to improve the warping of end face during plane grinding of thin - walled bearings, the factors influ- encing grinding accuracy are analyzed, such as grinding pressure, flatness of abrasive disc, load disk structure of part, grinding fluid and technological parameter, etc. , and the control measures and methods are given. Taking a type of thin -walled bearings as experimental object, the grinding is carried out by using high accuracy ELC1200. The test results show that the ground part can meet the accuracy requirement.
