摘要
碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)因良好的性能被广泛应用于诸多领域,但它本身所特有的层间结构易导致在钻削加工过程中产生缺陷。分层缺陷是钻削加工过程中产生的主要缺陷之一,对复合材料结构件的承载能力和疲劳强度有很大影响。本文主要从分层缺陷的产生机理、影响因素和检测等方面对国内外目前的研究现状进行综述,并分析了未来的研究发展趋势。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer( CFRP) composites are widely used in many fields due to its good properties. But it is the unique layer structure of its own that can lead to defects in drilling process. Delamination defect is one of the main defects in the drilling process and it has a great influence on the bearing capacity and fatigue strength of composite materials. In this paper,the formation mechanism,influence factors and detection of the delamination are summarized. The future research and development trends of delamination are analyzed.
