京渝两地不同特征流动人口的商业性行为情况调查 被引量:1

Survey on commercial sexual behavior among floating population of different characteristics in Beijing and Chongqing

摘要 目的了解不同特征流动人口对商业性行为态度及其与行为之间的关系。方法采用多阶段整群抽样的方法,选择在北京市和重庆市工厂、建筑工地、服务行业和外企工作的育龄流动人口作为调查对象,采用结构式问卷进行调查。调查内容包括基本人口学特征、流动特征、商业性行为情况等。结果北京调查2 099例流动人口,对商业性行为持"反对"态度的比例为89.80%;重庆调查2 032例流动人口,持"反对"态度的比例为81.15%。与男性相比,两地区的女性流动人口都更倾向于"反对"商业性行为(北京:OR=1.93,95CI:1.43~2.61;重庆:OR=3.49,95CI:2.67~4.55);平均每年在非户籍地居住月数越长,越倾向于"反对"商业性行为。在调查时点的最近1年内,北京市流动人口发生过商业性行为的比例为0.53%,重庆为1.41%;多因素Logistic回归显示,与持"反对"态度的对象相比,持"赞成"态度的对象发生商业性行为的风险显著升高(北京:OR=8.55,95%CI=1.56~46.96;重庆:OR=9.07,95%CI=3.45~23.85)。结论应加强对流动人口安全性行为方面的宣传教育,其中男性、未婚/有性生活、文化程度为小学及以下、平均每年在非户籍地居住时间较短的对象是重点的宣传教育对象。同时大力开展安全套知识的宣传,推广使用安全套,从而预防和控制性病/艾滋病(STI/AIDS)的传播, Objective To understand the attitude of floating population of different characteristics to commercial sexual behavior and the relationship with behavior. Methods Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 18-49-year-old floating population of childbearing age from factories,building sites,service working places,and foreign companies in Beijing and Chongqing,a structured questionnaire was used for investigation,the survey contents included basic demographic characteristics,characteristics of floating population,and commercial sexual behavior. Results A total of 2 099 migrants in Beijing,the proportion of opposition to commercial sexual behavior was 89. 78%,and it was 89. 78% in Chongqing among 2 032 migrants. Compared with men,women tended to be against commercial sexual behavior( Beijing: OR = 1. 93,95 CI: 1. 43- 2. 61; Chongqing: OR = 3. 49,95CI: 2. 67- 4. 55). The long months they lived in not-registered place,the more they inclined to against commercial behavior. The proportions of commercial sexual behavior in the last year were 0. 53% in Beijing and 1. 41% in Chongqing,respectively. Multivariate logistic analysis found there were higher risks for migrants who were in favor of commercial sexual behavior( Beijing: OR = 8. 55,95% CI: 1. 56-46. 96; Chongqing: OR = 9. 07,95% CI: 3. 45-23. 85)compared with those who were against commercial sexual behavior. Conclusion More publicity and education about safe sexual behavior should be conducted among floating population,especially for men,unmarried,low educational level and migrants who lived in not-registered place with shorter months. At the same time,publicity about condom knowledge should be strengthened,use of condom should be popularized to prevent and control transmission of STI / AIDS.
