摘要
以300MW汽轮发电机组为研究对象,按照机组图纸尺寸,运用ANSYS工具,建立有限元数值分析模型。数值计算不同型式不平衡故障下轴系振动响应特性,并得到相应的加重影响系数和滞后角度,最后应用到工程实例中。得到结论:高中压转子跨内加重相邻轴承振动响应灵敏度高于跨外加重;理论计算结果与工程较吻合,分析结果能够较好地指导实际工作,提高动平衡处理成功率。

Numerical calculation different type imbalance fault, shafting vibration response characteristics, and get the corresponding increase influence factor and lag angle, finally applied to the engineering instance. Come to a conclusion: Rotor cross inside aggravate adjacent bearing vibration response sensitivity is higher than outside; The theoretical results fit well with and engineering. The results of the analysis can better guide the actual work, improve the success rate of dynamic balance processing.
