摘要
阐述了矿用管缆单轨吊制动器的工作原理,设计一种新型弹簧制动器。对弹簧制动器进行受力分析,重点对弹簧进行选型设计。通过Solidworks Simulation有限元软件分析制动闸块工作状态下的强度与刚度,应力与应变结果验证了弹簧制动器设计的合理性。
Describes the working principle of mine monorail brake cable and designs a new spring brake. Analysis the forces of the spring brakes. Focus on the selection design of the spring. Analysis the strength and stiffness of the brake block under the work state by Solidworks Simulation finite element software. Stress and strain results validate the rationality of spring brake design.
