摘要
针对深水铺管起重船提出了一种基于数值模拟计算的腐蚀防护状态评估方法。该方法首先利用数值模拟计算形成腐蚀防护状态评估矩阵,然后用水下结构外表面监测点的电位以及腐蚀防护状态评估矩阵对水下结构整体腐蚀防护状态进行评估,并通过三维可视化方法显示保护电位分布云图;在试验室条件下通过缩比模型试验对此方法进行了验证。结果表明:基于数值模拟计算的腐蚀防护状态评估方法可以准确评估水下结构外表面的腐蚀防护状态;同时可以通过三维保护电位分布云图直观地显示半潜铺管船腐蚀防护的薄弱区域。
A corrosion assessment method for pipe laying vessel based on numerical simulation was proposed.A corrosion protection state evaluation matrix generated by numerical simulation calculation and the potential values of the monitoring points on the submerged structure were used to assess the corrosion protection state.Then the assessment results would be displayed by protection potential coloring contour using 3D visualization.Then the method was verified by the pipe laying vessel scale model test in laboratory.The results indicate that the corrosion protection state of the submerged structure could be well assessed through this method,and the weak areas of corrosion protection on the submerged structure of the pipe laying vessel could be directly displayed by the 3D corrosion protection potential coloring contour.
