摘要
通过极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究了交流杂散电流、温度、pH和氯离子含量对天津机场供油管线钢X52钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在交流干扰情况下X52钢的腐蚀速率要比没有干扰情况下更快,且随着干扰电压的增大而增大;在15V交流干扰电压条件下,改变温度、pH和氯离子含量都会使X52钢的腐蚀速率发生变化,且腐蚀产物不同;此供油管线的最佳保护电位应该在-987^-1 006mV(SCE),且腐蚀控制形式都偏向于阳极控制。
The influence of AC stray current,temperature,pH and chloride ion concentration on grade X52 airport oil supply pipeline steel corrosion was studied by means of polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The experimental results show that the corrosion rate of X52 steel in the presence of AC stray current was faster than that without the interference,and it increased with the increase of interference voltage.At 15 V AC voltage,the corrosion rate changed with the variation of temperature,pH value and chloride ion concentration.And the corrosion products had significant changes in these three cases.The best protection potential for the oil supply pipeline should be within the range of-987--1 006mV(SCE),and the corrosion process is controlled by anodic reaction.
