摘要 针对思山岭铁矿副立井5m深孔控制爆破炮眼利用率低、爆破质量差的问题,提出了周边眼配合外圈浅眼控制井帮质量、间隔双管正反向装药和二阶直眼分段式掏槽的优化技术措施,并进行了现场爆破试验。结果显示:优化后的5m深孔控制爆破,炮眼利用率达到90%以上,解决了井帮超欠挖、爆破飞石等问题,提高了爆破效果,技术经济效益明显。 According to low utilization rate of the 5mdeep controlled blasting borehole and poor blasting quality in an auxiliary mine shaft of Sishanling Iron Mine,optimized technical measures of the mine shaft wall quality control with the periphery boreholes combined with shallow boreholes along the external ring,interval double pipes with forward and reverse charging and two stage vertical borehole sectional cutting were provided and a site blasting trial was conducted.The results showed that after the optimization of the 5mdeep borehole controlled blasting,the utilization of the blasting boreholes was over 90%.Thus the shaft wall overbreak or underbreak,blasting flying rock and other problems were solved,the blasting effect was improved and the technical and economic benefits were remarkable.
