经尿道前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果比较被引量：9

摘要目的:比较经尿道前列腺剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月期间收治的良性前列腺增生症患者100例,随机将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组患者50例。对照组患者以经尿道前列腺电切除进行治疗;观察组患者以经尿道前列腺剜除术进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果:两组患者均顺利完成手术,但相比而言,观察组患者具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后并发症少、住院时间短等临床优势,与对照组指标存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生效果好,优于前列腺电切术治疗。
