摘要
通过池火灾点源模型和蒸气云爆炸模型,确定油罐车火灾事故的影响半径。根据公路运输的特点,综合考虑不同时间段内人员和车辆出行的特点、不同区域内人口组成的差异、建筑物和车辆对人员的保护作用以及不同区域的严重程度等因素建立了基于圆形危险源的人口暴露模型。结合公路运输火灾爆炸事故发生的概率,得到油罐车运输燃烧爆炸人员暴露风险模型。
Applying the pool fire point source model and vapor cloud explosion model to determine the influence radius of the accident. According to the characteristics of highway transpor- tation, a population exposure model based on circle hazard can be established by considering factors including the characteris- tics of people and vehicles go out in different time periods, the differences of population composition about area of online and offline, the protection of buildings and vehicles and the severity of online and offline of the distance from the accident. Combi- ning the probability of the occurrence of /ire and explosion in highway transportation, the risk of population exposure can be analyzed.
