摘要
目的探究伽玛刀与替吉奥治疗局部晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法将我院2012年9月至2014年9月收治的62例晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为两组各31例。对照组采取单纯伽玛刀放疗,治疗组联合应用伽玛刀与替吉奥治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组治疗缓解率和1年生存率分别为90.3%、64.5%,均显著高于对照组的64.5%和38.7%(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组肿瘤标记物CA19-9及CEA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率和骨髓抑制率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论联合应用伽玛刀立体定向放疗和替吉奥治疗,能够有效、精确地杀灭局部肿瘤细胞,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy of gamma knife combined with tegafur gimeracil in treatment of locally advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods From September 2012 to September 2014, 62 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given gamma knife radiotherapy, the treatment group was given gamma knife combined with tegafur gimeracil therapy. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed and compared. Results The alleviation rate and one-year survival rate in treatment group were 90.3% and 64.5% respectively, significantly higher than 64.5% and 38.7% in control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of tumor markers （CA19-9 and CEA） in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions rate and myelosuppression rate in two group had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions The combined therapy of stereotactic radiotherapy with gamma knife and tegafur gimeracil can effectively and accurately kill local tumor cells, which is worthy of clinical application.
