髓过氧化物酶基因多态性与白血病关系的Meta分析 被引量:2

Meta- analysis of MPO- 463G > A polymorphism and leukemia risk

摘要 目的综合评价髓过氧化物酶MPO-463G>A多态性与白血病发生风险的关系。方法全面检索Pub Med、Web of Science、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),获取探讨MPO-463G>A基因多态性与白血病发生关系的病例对照研究。纳入符合标准的文献,应用Rev Man 5.3软件对纳入研究进行异质性检验和效应值合并,漏斗图评估发表性偏倚。结果共纳入5篇文献,包括病例670例,对照956例。异质性检验结果表明纳入研究间存在异质性,采用随机效应模型合并数据。Meta分析结果显示:MPO-463G>A的合并OR值及95%CI为1.66[0.65,4.23],P=0.29。结论 MPO-463G>A多态性与白血病发生风险无相关性。 Objective To evaluate synthetically the relationship between MPO- 463 G A polymorphism and leukemia. Methods Relevant articles were extensively searched in Pub Med,Web of Science,EMBASE,CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang Database,CBM for collecting the case control studies exploring the association between MPO- 463 G A Polymorphism and Leukemia risk. The articles in compliance of the criteria were included. The Rev Man5. 3 software was applied for the study of the combination between heterogeneity test and ORs and their 95% CIs. Publication bias was assessed by funnel plot. Results Five related articles were included in the meta-analysis,including 670 cases and 956 controls. Based on the heterogeneity results,random-effects models were applied to calculate the combined ORs. The combined ORs( 95% CIs) for MPO- 463 G A genotypes were 1. 66[0. 65,4. 23],with P = 0. 29. No significant publication bias was detected by funnel plot. Conclusion MPO- 463 G A polymorphism was not associated with the risk of leukemia.
