摘要
国防生军政素质三级培养模式的构建以适应部队基础岗位为导向,以课程化设计为思路,重点解决培养路径不清晰、培养内容不完善、培养过程不规范等问题。首先,要建立覆盖全面、贯穿全程的五个链条培养体系;其次,要建立秩序规范、机制健全的保障体系;第三,要严格按照培养周期分层级设置实施标准与达标措施;最后,要通过实施对象、实施考核结果与用人单位的反馈,形成评价体系,对三级培养模式的实施进行动态调整优化。
The three-level training mode of military and political quality is guided by actaptlng to the basic position of army, through the curriculum design process, which focus on solving some problems such as the training path is not clear, the training content is not perfect, the training process is not standardized and so on. First of all, establish a comprehensive five series of courses throughout the whole process. Sec- ond, establish a normative and sound guarantee system. Thirdly, set up different levels of implementation standards and measures in strict accordance with the training cycle. Finally, form the evaluation system, through the feedback from implementation object and of employers, to adjust and optimizethe implementa- tion of the three-level training mode.
