摘要
当今的新闻出版业在机遇和挑战并存的环境中发展,改革使其获得新生。新闻出版改革的重点在于转变体制机制,优化经营策略,发挥出版工作者的创造性。改革是一个漫长的过程,它带来的是颠覆性的转变,这是一种机遇也是一种挑战。当下新闻出版业正处于百花齐放、百家争鸣的大时期,要以舍我其谁的历史感、壮士断腕的使命感和只争朝夕的紧迫感,坚定不移地深化新闻出版体制改革,只有改革不停步,才有发展无止境。
Nowadays, press and publication industry is developing in the environment full of opportu- nities and challenges, and reform makes it renascence. Reform of press and publication industry focuses on the transformation of system mechanism and optimization of the business strategy to stimulate creativity of publishing workers. Reform is a long process, and the subversive transformation may be an opportunity as well as a challenge. In the culture prosperity period, press and publication industry should deepen system reform unswervingly with sense of mission and urgency. Only by reforming can the press and publication industry develop endlessly.
