摘要
目的分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对消化性溃疡(PU)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 ELISA法分别检测49例Hp阳性和30例Hp阴性的PU患儿IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α和INF-γ水平;将Hp阳性的PU患儿分为两组,观察组先予PPI、阿莫西林、甲硝唑根治Hp,而对照组先单独运用PPI类药物,比较4种细胞因子的变化。结果治疗前,Hp阳性患儿IL-4水平低于Hp阴性者(P<0.05),INF-γ水平高于Hp阴性者(P<0.05)。观察组根治Hp后复测IL-4水平较根治前有所升高,而INF-γ水平较前下降(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染可能引起细胞免疫应答失衡,了解IL-4、INF-γ水平对指导Hp根治治疗有一定价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of helicobacter pylori( Hp) on the immune function of children with peptic ulcer( PU). Methods Enzyme- linked immunosorben assay( ELISA) was conducted to detect serum level of IL-2,IL-4,TNF- α and INF- γin in 49 cases of children with UP( the Hp being positive) and 30 cases of PU( the Hp being negative). The former group was divided into two groups: 25 cases of children in observation group took PPI,amoxicillin and metronidazole to eradicate Hp,while 24 cases of children in control group were given PPI alone. The changes of the four kinds of cytokines of both groups were compared afterwards.Results Before treatment,the value of IL- 4 in Hp positive PU children was lower than that of Hp negative PU children,while on the contrary,INF- γ was obviously higher than that of Hp negative children( P〈0. 005). The content of IL- 4 was raised and INF- γwas reduced after treatment aimed at eradicating Hp in the observation group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Hp infection may cause imbalance in the cellular immune response,and the detection of levels of IL- 4 and INF- γ can help to eradicate Hp.
