摘要
肺癌是世界范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,5年生存率极低,已成为我国肿瘤中的第一位死因。microRNA(miRNA)是小分子非编码RNA(Ribonucleic Acid),可调节人体中大约30%的基因,在机体内对生长发育、细胞繁殖、代谢、凋亡等生理过程发挥着重要作用。近几年来,miRNA和肿瘤的关系逐渐引起人们重视。本文就miRNA与肺癌的侵袭转移、早期诊断、治疗、预后等方面的研究现状作综述。
As one of the most common malignant tumors in the world,lung cancer,with an extremely low survival rate（ mostly shorter than 5 years）,has become the first killer in our country. MicroRNA（ miRNA） is a small molecule non- coding Ribonucleic Acid（ RNA）,which can regulate about 30% genes in human body,plays an important role in physiological processes such as growth and development,cell reproduction,metabolism,apoptosis and so on. Nowadays,researchers pay more attention to the relationship between MicroRNA and tumor. This paper reviewed the research status of correlation of miRNA and lung cancer invasion and metastasis,early diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and so on.
