摘要
探讨了拉拉铜矿选矿厂碎磨工艺及其设备存在的问题,通过优化碎矿流程中各段破碎比、提高筛分效率、增加二段磨矿、精确装、补球等技术手段,有效的提高磨矿产品的细度,使生产指标得到了较大的改善。实践表明:在保证各产品精矿质量的同时,铜、钼及钴的回收率可分别提高2.37%10.75%和5.2%,同时,铁精矿产量提高10%,具有良好的经济效益。
The paper investigates the Lala copper mine problems in crushing and grinding technology and equipment. The production indexes have been greatly improved by optimizing the broken ore process in every segment of the reduction ratio,improving the screening efficiency and increasing the two-stage grinding,precising make-up ball and other technical means to improve grinding fineness of mineral products. Practice shows that the recovery rate of copper,molybdenum and cobalt was increased 2. 37%,10. 75%,and 5. 2%,respectively and the yield of iron concentrate was increased 10%,obtaining good economic benefits.
