低速冲击下内置加劲环T型管节点有限元模拟 被引量:2

Finite Element Simulation on Tubular T-joint with Inner-stiffened Ring under Low-velocity Impact Loading

摘要 采用有限元软件ABAQUS建立了一端固定一端简支的内置加劲环T型管节点有限元分析模型,其目的是研究采用内置加劲环的加强方法对经受横向冲击荷载作用的T型管节点抗冲击性能的影响.分析结果表明:加劲环的存在显著减小了主管的局部凹陷变形,增大了主管的整体弯曲变形;同时加劲环的加强作用对节点的最终能量耗散影响很小. The finite element software ABAQUS is adopted to build the finite element model of tubular T-joint reinforced with inner-stiffened rings subjected to transverse impact loading. The aim is to study the effect of inner-stiffened ring on impact performance of tubular T-joint. In the finite element model,one end of the chord is fixed and the other is hinged. The analysis results show that the local deformation of tubular T-joint reduces significantly when it is reinforced by stiffening ring and the overall bending deformation of the chord increases dramatically. Meanwhile,the stiffening ring plays a little role in energy dissipation of joint during impact loading.
