摘要
用自制高聚合度季铵型阳离子改性剂Q-PDE对棉织物进行改性处理,研究了改性前后棉纤维在水溶液中Zeta电位的变化及改性前后棉纤维的表面微观形态。采用活性染料无盐染色,优化了改性剂质量分数,评价了改性棉织物的染色性能。结果表明:改性后棉纤维表面带正电荷,且改性均匀、纤维表面无损伤;当改性剂质量分数为4%(omf)时,改性棉织物活性染料无盐染色的固色率和K/S值较好,匀染性优良,色光变化小,且耐洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度较未改性棉织物高。
Self-made high-polymeric cationic agent Q-PDE is applied to cationic modification of cotton fabric. The surface Zeta potential in water solution of cotton fabrics before and after modification are ex- amined, and the surface morphology of the cotton fabrics is observed by SEM. The modified cotton fab- ric is dyed with reactive dyes without salt, the optimal modifier concentration is determined, and the dyeing properties of cotton fabric after treatment with Q-PDE are investigated. The results show that, the surface Zeta potential of the modified cotton fabric is positive, and the modification is even without damage to the cotton fabric. The modified cotton fabric has better fixation yield and K/S value with 4% (omf) of modifier Q-PDE. The modified cotton fabric shows good levelness with little influence on shade, and the color fastness to soaping and rubbing is also better than the unmodified one.
