摘要
应重视海拔对锅炉燃烧效率的影响,对高海拔地区锅炉容量进行校核计算。以西宁某小区供暖设计为例,剖析了供暖用户室内温度不达标的主要原因:设计者未考虑高海拔地区大气状况对燃气燃烧的显著影响,仍按平原地区设计方法选择热源,以致热源出力严重不足。结合当地大气压力、含氧量等参数,利用理论分析方法,对高海拔地区排烟热损失、气体不完全燃烧热损失进行了分析,得出了锅炉实际运行热效率的分析值。
Designers should pay attention to the effect of high altitude on the boiler combustion efficiency, and check the boiler capacity at the high altitude area. Taking a district heating design in Xining as an example, analyses main reasons that indoor temperature cannot reach the requirement, and concludes that the designers do not consider the significant impact of atmospheric conditions on the combustion gas at the high altitude area, and still select the heat source according to the design method in the plain region, so the output of heat source is insufficient. Based on the local atmospheric pressure, oxygen content and other parameters, with the theoretical analysis method, analyses the heat loss due to exhaust gas and gas incomplete combustion at the high altitude area, and obtains the analysis values of the boiler thermal efficiency.
