摘要
运用节点位移耦合法针对某型卧式加工中心建立有限元模型,对整机进行静态、动态特性分析,找出机床设计的薄弱环节,为机床整机结构设计和加工参数选择提供参考依据。
This finite element modeling of a horizontal machining center is accomplished by utilizing the node-displacement coupling method.Based on the model,the static and dynamic characteristics is analyzed,and the weakness of the designing scheme is seeked out.The conclusion is taken as reference for the design of the machine tool and the options of machining parameters.
