摘要
通过对SiC_f/TB8复合材料制备工艺参数的优化,得到最佳工艺参数为830℃/120MPa/2h。对SiC_f/TB8复合材料的热物理性能进行了测定,SiC_f/TB8复合材料的热膨胀和热导性能高于TB8基体,随着热处理时间的延长,SiC_f/TB8复合材料的热物理性能表现出良好的稳定性。
Through optimizing SiC_f/TB8 composite material process parameters to obtain optimal parameters is 830℃ /120MPa/2h.Thermal physical properties SiC_f/TB8 matrix composites is measured,the thermal expansion and thermal conductivity properties of the composites is higher than TB8 matrix.With prolonged heat treatment time,thermal physical properties SiC_f /TB8 composites exhibited good stability.
