摘要
某甲醇制烯烃(MTO)项目污水生化处理装置设计水量为350 t/h。根据该项目有机污水的水质特点和处理难点,对污水生化处理技术进行了比选,确定采用除油预处理-水解酸化-改进型活性污泥曝气池-MBR组合工艺。详细介绍了各工艺单元的主要设计参数,在设计进水COD_(Cr)质量浓度不超过1 200 mg/L,石油类质量浓度不超过90 mg/L的条件下,出水水质达到初级再生水水质要求,可作为循环水场和烟气脱硫的补充水进行回用。
The designed water capacity of sewage biochemical treatment equipment in a methano-to-olefin(MTO) project was 350 t/h. According to the characteristics of the organic sewage from the said project and thedifficult points of its treatment, several biochemical treatment technologies were compared, and then, the com-bined process of oil removal pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-improved activated sludge aeration tank-MBRwas selected finally. The main design parameters of each unit in the said process were introduced in detail, it wasshown that under the condition that the design mass concentrations of CODcr and petroleum in the influent waterwere lower than 1 200 and 90 mg/L respectively, the effluent water quality met the specification of primary re-claimed water quality, which could be reused as make-up water of circulating water field and flue gas desulfur-ization system.
