本科生对专业课教学满意度的影响因素研究——基于华中农业大学土地管理学院的实证研究 被引量:6

摘要 大学的教育质量既关系到学生的切身利益,又关系到国家竞争力,对教学满意度的研究有助于评价大学教育质量的现状,对于提高教学水平与提升人才培养质量有重要意义。该研究采用随机抽样方式,通过分析华中农业大学土地管理学院315个样本数据,运用有序Logit模型,考察了本科生对专业课教学满意度的影响因素。实证结果表明:1受访者对专业课教学效果的总体满意度较高;2受访者对专业的认同度、专业课选用的教材质量、从专业课学习中获取的技能与知识水平、教学内容的新颖性与前沿性、教学方法的多样性等对教学满意度有正影响;3毕业后打算继续深造的受访者的满意度显著低于选择其他方式就业的受访者的满意度。为提升学生对专业课教学的满意度,教师应积极培养学生对所学专业的认同度,尽可能选择优质教材,充分备课,特别注重思路、方法、前沿性知识的储备与传授,采用多样化的授课方式。 The quality of university education is not only related to the vital interests of students,but also related to the national competitiveness.The research on teaching satisfaction is helpful to evaluate the quality of university education,which is of great significance to improve the teaching level and improve the quality of personnel training. By using random sampling method,based on 315 samples from School of Land Management,Huazhong Agricultural University,adopting ordered Logit model,the influencing factors of undergraduates' satisfaction degree on teaching effect were investigated. The results showed that 1 respondents had higher overall satisfaction with the teaching effect of specialized courses; 2professional identity,selected teaching material quality,skills and knowledge obtained from professional courses,novelty and frontier of teaching content,diversity of teaching methods had positive influence on respondents' satisfaction degree; 3 the satisfaction degree of respondents who intend to continue their studies after graduation were significantly lower than that of those who choose to obtain employment. In order to enhance students' satisfaction degree,teachers should cultivate students identification degree on specialty,select high quality teaching materials,prepare lessons fully,pay attention to reserve and teaching of thought,method,frontier knowledge and adopt diversified teaching methods.
