摘要
高职班主任工作对班级学生专业技能学习和非专业素质提升起着重要的作用。本文从重视入学教育、营造和谐班集体、熟悉关注学生、注重学生非专业能力培养以及勤于总结学习等方面浅论了高职班主任的工作实践与思考，以为高职院校做好班级管理提供参考。
Class advisers＇ work is very important for professional skill learning and non-professional compe- tence of the students in vocational colleges. In order to provide some experience of class management for voca- tional college students, we discuss about class advisers＇ working practice and some thoughts on it. The discussion is made from the angles of freshman orientation, harmonious classes building, familiarity with students, non- professional competence development and the regular summary of students＇ learning.
