内眼手术患者术后感染病原菌分析与预防研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨内眼手术患者术后感染致病菌分布,并提出预防内眼手术患者术后眼内感染的对策,以期降低内眼手术后感染率。方法回顾2011年4月-2014年3月医院收治的内眼术后眼内感染患者26例临床资料,分析感染病原菌分布;选取2014年3月-2015年7月医院收治的内眼手术患者6 344例,随机平均分为两组,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者以循证模式进行护理,比较两组患者感染率,数据采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 26例内眼术后眼内感染患者共检出病原菌29株,以革兰阳性菌为主,共19株占65.52%;对照组患者晶体手术、玻璃体手术和其他内眼手术后眼内感染发生率分别为0.30%、0.50%和0.85%,观察组患者分别为0.05%、0.12%和0.28%,观察组患者各种手术感染率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内眼手术患者术后眼内感染病原菌以眼部固有的条件致病菌为主,循证护理可以有效减少内眼手术后眼内感染的发生。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the pathogen distribution in postoperative infections after intraocular surgery and propose infection countermeasures,so as to reduce infection rate after intraocular surgery.METHODS During Apr.2011 to Mar.2014,clinical data of 26 cases of infected patients admitted to our hospital after intraocular eye surgery were retrospected,and the distribution of the pathogens was analyzed.A total of 6 344 cases of patients admitted to our hospital after intraocular surgery from Mar.2014 to Jul.2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given evidence-based model of care.The infection rates of the two groups were compared and the results were statistically analyzed with software SPSS 13.0.RESULTS A total of 29 strains of pathogens were detected from 26 cases of eye infections after intraocular surgery.The main pathogens were gram-positive bacteria with the number of 18 accounting for 65.52 %.In the control group,the infection rates of lens surgery,vitreous surgery and the other intraocular surgery were respectively 0.30%,0.50% and 0.85%,while in the observation group,they were 0.05%,0.12% and 0.28% accordingly.The infection rates of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION After intraocular surgery,eye pathogens in patients were mainly related to their inherent eye conditions,and evidence-based care can effectively reduce intraocular infection rate after intraocular surgery.
