摘要
针对水下航行器楔环结构有限元模型仿真精度低的问题,采用等效刚度法建立了楔环结构有限元模型,基于固有频率和模态振型等模态参数对楔环结构的有限元模型进行了修正,得到了具有较高仿真精度的楔环结构有限元模型,并利用不同的参考模型,分析了参考模型的测点数量及位置对修正结果的影响,在此基础上,给出了楔环结构模态测试测点布置的建议,为楔环结构的动力学分析及试验提供参考。
To improve simulation accuracy of a finite element model of wedged-ring connection structure for an underwater vehicle, the equivalent stiffness method is employed to establish a finite element model of the wedged-ring connection structure, and the model is further corrected using the parameters such as natural frequency and mode shape, thus a high accuracy model is obtained. The influences of number and position of the measurement points on the correction results are analyzed with different reference models. As a result, the measurement point arrangement is suggested for modal measurement of the wedged-ring connection structure. This study may provide a reference for dynamic analysis and dynamic test of the wedged ring connection structure.
