摘要
针对新型开敞式轴流泵装置,设计和制作模型泵装置,测得5个叶片角度下模型泵装置的动力特性、3个叶片角度下的汽蚀特性和叶片角-2°下的飞逸特性。研究结果表明,该形式轴流泵装置在装置扬程1.86~3.8m具有较高的装置效率,在叶片角-4°时的最高效率可达74.4%,较大范围运行工况下的汽蚀性能优良,单位飞逸转速298.7r/min,事故飞逸安全。利用三维湍流数值模拟得到了叶片角度0°整体泵装置外特性和内部流动特征,并与试验结果进行了比较。结果表明,设计工况下两者较吻合,偏离设计工况有一定偏差,但效率偏差均小于1.6%;钟形进水流道流态较好,但出水流道存在两个漩涡流,流态相对较差。研究结果对大型排涝泵站的优化设计具有重要参考价值。
The pump set model is designed and made to study the new open type axial pumping station.By experiment,the characteristics of model pump set about five blade angles,NPSHc of three blade angles and runaway characteristics at blade angle of-4°are avalable.The results show that the pump set is highly efficient between 1.86~3.8mof net water-head,its maximum efficiency is as high as 74.4% at blade angle of-4,and the runaway speed is 298.7r/min.Not only is its NPSHc satisfying but also its runway speed is safe during large operating range.The overall pump set energy characteristic and internal flow pattern are analyzed through a 3-D turbulent numerical simulation.Compared with experiment data,it reveals that both results have good agreement at the design point,and the off-design points have a certain deviation,but the efficiency difference is less than 1.6%.The flow pattern in bell-like inlet is good,but the outlet has two swirls,so the flow pattern in the outlet is relatively poor.The optimization design about large drain pumping stations can benefit from the research.
