摘要
近几年,许多发达国家积极开展关于超低能耗、近零能耗、零能耗建筑(本文根据《被动式超低能耗绿色建筑技术导则》,将上述名词统称为超低能耗建筑)的相关研究并建设典型示范工程,国内也逐步研究开展相关工作。超低能耗建筑大范围推广的关键之一是从传统建筑设计方法到基于能耗指标控制的性能化设计方法的转变。本文通过分析国内外超低能耗建筑设计方法相关研究,提炼出3种科学通用的超低能耗建筑设计方法—关键参数限额法、双向交叉平衡法和经济环境决策法,并系统分析了每种方法的设计流程、设计要点及适用性,对最佳案例进行了研究。
In recent years,many developed countries have actively researched on the design method of low-energy building、nearly zero energy building、zero energy building( the preceding three are called low-energy building in this article according to the document Technical guideline of low-energy building and constructed demonstration projects. China has started taking measurements to spread low-energy building too. The key is to change the traditional architectural design to the energy consumption control index and performance based design. This paper analyzes the design methods of low-energy building all over the world and presents three scientific and generic methods——limitation of the key parameters design method,two-way cross-balance design method,economic and environment decided design method. Introduces the process、key points and applicability of every method systematically and presents best practice of every method.
